Return Policy

To obtain a full product refund for damaged goods from keune.in, inform us within 2 days of the product delivery date by sending a product photo and clarification of the issue to support@keune.in. Key points for the return policy include:

  • Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed upon receipt of the item by keune.in.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or the customer's bank account, as required.
  • All other costs for shipping/returns are the responsibility of the customer/distributor.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed online for prepaid shipments to compensate our workforce for their efficiency.
Exchange Policy:

Contact support@keune.in within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange request. Upon approval, our support executive will connect with you within 5 working days. The product must be intact with a seal and invoice.

A convenience charge of INR.150/- will be prepaid by the customer. Our logistics partner will collect the exchange product at your doorstep, and upon QC receipt, we will dispatch the alternate product along with tracking details to your registered mobile number.
